It is a lovely, sun-filled apartment in a 2-story "homey" building in Santa Monica, 9-blocks from the beach. It's a great walking neighborhood close to library, post office, grocery, theatres, 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica pier, Montana Ave. with coffee shops, yoga studios, boutiques, restaurants and a classic movie theatre. I am in the entertainment industry and often traveling, so you will be staying with my family member, who is a male from Rome, but has lived here for 6 years.
